Greek government proposals are said to be similar to EU commissions reforms from June 26th

— Reforms are to save 1% of GDP worth of pension savings and curb early retirement.

Greek bailout proposals are said to include a VAT reform as of July and sets a primary budget surplus of 1% of GDP in 2015 and 2% of GDP in 2016 

Greek reforms proposal details:

— Sets a VAT rate of 23% for restaurants and catering with VAT for hotels at 13%.
— Proposes to raise corporate tax to 28% from 26%
— Remove VAT tax breaks for islands by the end of 2016.
— Proposes pension savings of 0.25-0.5% of GDP in 2015.
  — Reforms proposed 1% of GDP worth of pension savings in 2016 and curb early retirement. 

 Как я понял, от Греции поступили предложения (пакет мер похож на требования Тройки от 26 июня (по которому и был референдум) И это уже позитив видимо, что они хоть что-то родили-:)
