Murdock to acquire all outstanding common shares of Dole Food not already owned by Mr. Murdock or his family for $12.00 per share in cash), S +3.1% (Sprint Nextel and SoftBank amend merger agreement; increases offer by $1.48 per share,to $5.50 per share).
