As the CME prepares to launch their Micro Emini Futures contracts this Sunday night May 5th, below are some common questions we wanted to address. Please feel free to contact your broker with any additional questions. 

 

 

1. Will Stage 5 Trading have these contracts ready to trade Sunday night May 5^th

 

• Unfortunately due to vendor restrictions we are not able to test the contract until that Sunday night’s live open. As we know the high interest in this contract, we will be testing as soon as the market opens with the intention of making trading available some time on Monday the 6^th.
• The symbols on the platform are the same as the exchange symbols. Though they have been added to the platform, they will not be available for trading until the testing is complete and the contracts are added to production.

(UK) PM MAY'S REVISED BREXIT DEAL REJECTED BY PARLIAMENT WITH 242 MPS IN FAVOR

(UK) EU's Tusk: hard to see what more the EU can do without a solution to the impasse in the UK Parliament; today's vote has significantly increased chances of a no-deal Brexit — We regret the outcome of today's UK vote; EU has done everything possible to reach a Brexit agreement- EU will decide by unanimity on any UK request to delay Brexit; delay would need a credible justification.

— PM May:
Still believes best outcome would be for the UK to leave in an orderly fashion
— Stands by commitments by further votes in coming days — No deal remains the default unless a deal is ratified;
govt will publish essential policies for no deal Brexit
— If House votes to leave without a deal, it will be policy of govt to implement that decision
— If House declines to approve leaving without a deal, will hold vote on Thurs on Article 50 extension
— EU will want to know what we want to do with an extension
— House will have to answer if it wants to revoke Article 50 or have a second referendum
— Opposition Leader Corbyn: House must come together with a new proposal
— Labour Party will put out our proposal again- It's time for a general election

CME вводит микро контракты на S&P500, Nasdaq, RUSSEL 2000 и DJIA.

Микро контракты будут доступны для торговли в мае 2019 года.
