Дождалась разъяснений от ЦБ, через Райфайзен банк перевела деньги на счет в IB, но не могу купить доллары. Почему так может быть?

Попробуйте купить евро.
Я слышал, некоторым европейским странам хочется хотя бы посмотреть на рубли

Вот что мне ответили в поддержке:
We see that you were successfully able to place an order to buy… units of USD.RUB at the market price on 07/05 at 03:20:39 EST. Kindly note, if you place a day order and its not executed by the end of the trading session then it will be automatically canceled. In order to avoid this you can place a GTC order.

Due to the geopolitical situation and exclusion of banks from SWIFT etc. liquidity has deteriorated a lot and some banks are simply not quoting anymore. We are left with Citibank and IBFX in spot mainly. Hence, your forex conversion order for USD.RUB is not getting executed and currently your order is live and pending in the system.

Its very hard to predict how the situation in Russia develops and when spot liquidity returning. You may wait for the orders to be filled.
