This latest rally brings crude near the top of its trading range (roughly between $50-55/barrel) so far in 2017.</li><li>Other factors providing a boost to oil prices this morning include:<br/> <ul><li>At a weekend conference in London, OPEC Secretary General Mohammad Barkindo stated that oil inventories would decline further this year & Jan data showed conformity from participating OPEC nations, with output curbs above 90%.
