Оказывается, что и Япония сбросила $10 миллиардов ГКО США!
Если смотреть по всем бумагам и вкладам в США (не только ГКО), то в декабре иностранцы вывели из США невероятные $174.8 миллиарда. «Это рекорд c памятного января 2009 года»,- пишут аналитики.
